DESCRIPTION :

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Creating and prioritizing strategies; sharing the Vision; and working with the Team in the following respects: Digital (social media channels, SEO, website), Advertising, Events, Branding, Communications, and Organizational Culture
• Knowledgeable & having very strong experience in SEO
• Creating ads and measuring ads performances (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Understanding and analyzing SEO keywords, markets, trends, and behaviors.
• Ensuring and giving support to make sure our brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing channels & tactics (including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials)
• Experienced in giving support to design work AND content writing for marketing purposes
• Able to work with Software Development teams and having experience in UX design
• Experienced in Video & Photo production with interest in Multimedia
• Events-organizing
• Supporting the team in setting Objectives and Key Results Goals
• Responsible for maximizing the value of the Teamwork
• Supporting the organization through a wide variety of internal and external activities
• Understanding the bottom-up management and owning Servant Leadership skills

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other relevant majors
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Solid experience & knowledge in Digital Marketing (Ads & SEO)
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Team player
• Hard-working and highly-responsible
• Strong interpersonal and good problem solving skills
• Well-organized AND self-organized
• Open minded and open for new ways of working and strategies
• Excellent English writing & speaking skills
