DESCRIPTION :

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Be tutor, teacher and Scrum Master of the Junior Class
• Be team leader for disciplinary aspects of the Junior Class
• Be responsible for all educational topics for the whole company (courses, trainings, etc.)
• Be responsible for the technical entry test
• Be responsible for internship activities
• Be responsible for conducting and managing the team to ensure the qualification and the requirement of the projects
• Be pro-active, show initiative and be resourceful to be able to work efficiently and independently
• Create of necessary standards, tools, processes and best practices in a clear form
• Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on SCRUM methodology ensuring successful completion within scope, budget and time-line

REQUIREMENT:

• Have at least bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Have good knowledge and experience in JAVA and System Design
• Have very good written and oral communication skills in English
• Have experience in SCRUM Methodology is preferable
