DESCRIPTION :

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Manage working hours and leave record
• Ensure employee database are fully updated
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support to provide counseling on company policies and procedures
• Assist in handling labor contract and compulsory insurance matters
• Prepare HR reports upon request and in a timely manner
• Other tasks assigned by Board of Management

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor of Art (Business Administration, HR Management and Law are preferable)
• 3+ years of experience in C&B
• Experience in large/multinational working environment is a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Have Good English skills, particularly speaking and writing
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Hard working, responsible, honest, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work well under high pressure
