RESPONSIBILITY:

• Keep track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
• Search for strong and qualified candidate sources
• Be in charge of quantity and quality for recruited candidates
• Prepare periodic reports on recruitment
• Provide training and orientation for new staffs
• Follow up probation status of new employees
• Organize company recruitment events
• Related tasks upon request

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor of business administration, human resource or related fields
• From 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in IT industry is a big plus
• Good English skills
• Good problem solving and communication skill
• Ability of working independently and teamwork
