RESPONSIBILITY:

• Design and implement build, deployment application and systems
• Maintain, update, hotfix, patching system and application
• Implement integrations request by customers
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Build tools to reduce the occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Along with developers, improve infrastructure development and application development

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ previous experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field
• Good at English speaking, writing and listening skills
• Comprehensive work experience in web application managing
• In-depth work experience in Microsoft Server, Linux infrastructures, Web Apache, Database SQL
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and scripting
• Knowledge in AWS, Docker container
• Programming experience in Java or Python is a plus
• Experience on Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies is a plus
• Problem-solving attitude

• Excellent collaborator, rhetorical and communicative
• Strong technical documentation skills, you must be an active contributor to our knowledge sharing portal
• Can work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge
• Thrive in an agile engineering environment with fast-moving targets
