DESCRIPTION :
Coming to Axon Active, you will work directly with foreign customers and trendy projects in Fintech, Big Data, Mobile, IoT, BPM, Biotech, Machine Learning, etc. Our Scrum teams are growing in dynamic spirit with teamwork & passion. RESPONSIBILITY:
Work in Scrum team (5 to 9 developers)
Daily cooperate with Product Owner to clarify requirements, initiative solutions and develop deliverable software in the iterations of Scrum
Involve in every phase of Agile software development includes planning, estimation, implementing and continuously delivering software
Self-assign tasks and be fully responsible for quality/quantity of delivered result
Self-determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to Product Owner
REQUIREMENT:
Have background in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
Have at least [2+] years of experience working on Java-related projects
Have solid fundamental of OOP and experiential applying design patterns
Have a strong sense of clean code and influence in refactoring
Experience with writing unit and integration tests
Have practical experience in Java EE technologies (EJB3, Servlets, JSPs, JSFs, Web Services…) and/or Spring framework
Experience with writing efficient SQL queries and/or using ORM (JPA, Hibernate, iBatis)
Be familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS plus front-end web related technologies
Be familiar with web servers, application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, Geronimo, Jetty
Knowledge and experience with BPM/Workflow tools (Activiti, Bonita, jBPM…) is a plus
Can communicate with customers in English
Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility and self-organizing
Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) is an advantage
