At the Scrum Breakfast, we will talk about what UX Design is and why it is important. We will walk you through a case study of a product we built in house using a user-centered design process. We first started with a consumer problem and brainstormed a business that can address this problem. We then analyzed the market and went out and talked to real potential customers to help us define what our product is and what service it should offer. Then, through exploring a series of design solutions with the customer in mind, we built a prototype of a product that is ready to be tested on our target market.
