DevDay Danang is a highly interactive open workshop co-hosted annually by Axon Active Vietnam and Danang University of Science and Technology, serving software engineers and those who love information technology. The workshop aims to bring the hottest IT topics, from general to professional, suitable, to not only students and developers, but also those who have been in the industry for long or at management level.
According to organizers, DevDay Danang 2016 will include 2 main sessions and 24 small presentations presented by experts and leaders of local and international IT companies. This year theme will focus on the technology and technical, vocational training, management and entrepreneurship.
In addition to gathering of many reputable professionals, programmers and students who are working and studying in Da Nang, DevDay 2016 is also the destination of many large IT enterprises in the city. This is a unique opportunity for local students to approach recruiters, to explore more job opportunities and learn from the experience of their predecessors. According to organizers, 5 scholarships will be awarded to honour students of the University of Science and Technology.
The highlight of the every DevDay is a warm gala dinner for all attendees and guests at the end of the event. The organizing committee shared with media that the purpose of this party was to create an open space for presenters, programmers and students to networking and exchange ideas directly. The musical performances will contribute to the festive atmosphere, making it more lively and fun. The organizers revealed, in addition to gifts, 1000 books will be given away by Trung Nguyen coffee at date of event. Last but not least, the participants have chance to participate in a lucky draw for more attractive hi-tech prizes from sponsors.
