Topic: RETROSPECTIVE MEETING You might already know that Scrum is a framework which constrains by 3 Roles, 4 Ceremonies and 3 Artifacts. Talking about Scrum’s ceremonies, most of us might be familiar with Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review… since these meetings is what the team do every Sprint. The common mistake of Scrum Team is undervaluing Retrospective and treats it as not a mandatory meeting. This time we will talk about Retrospective Meeting, why it is so important and how to conduct it effectively.
