As you might know, there is another principle beside Agile called Lean, which focus on flow of work and reduce waste. KANBAN is a famous framework that represent the thinking of Lean, which used to visualize your work and limit the amount of work in progress at any one time.

Instead of joining boring lecture, you now have a chance to experience the Lean principles and get a felling how it all works by yourself through an very interesting game in our Scum Breakfast event this month with topic: THE KANBAN GAME

The KANBAN Pizza Game is a perfect game for you to understand what Kanban is and practice some Lean concepts in a safe environment outside of your daily work.
