In the general view, Scrum is the best Agile method for building a product and developing projects. However, when we have projects that include production support, we should be advised to combine with Kanban. This provides some ideas about Scrumban. On the one hand, it has the Agile of Scrum, on the other hand it encourages teams to continuously improve their processes along with Kanban. Scrumban is a solution favored by the service industry, and a great project management tool for teams that deal with product development and its maintenance together.
