Challenge: We were tasked with developing a new web application that streamlines the entire process of opening new bank accounts. The solution needed to integrate real-time compliance checks while enabling instant collaboration between the Customer Advisor and Compliance Officer. The goal was to allow customers to complete the account opening process in the bank office within just a few minutes.
Solution
Our solution was to create a single page application. The COB application provides a convenient process for bank officers to open accounts. The process is started by using function terminals to automatically extract information from user identity documents, perform KYC compliance, and credit checks, then forward collected data and documents to the core system.
